Service Officer Bio:
Randy first enlisted in the Army on Aug. 20, 1972 and served until Aug. 20, 1975. He was a Chaplain Assistant (71M20) and achieved the rank of SP4.
He enlisted again on Sep. 20, 1977 and served until his retirement on Feb. 29, 1995. He was an Intelligence Analyst (96B4H) and retired as a Sergeant First Class (SFC).
"During my 22 years in the Army, I was stationed at numerous military bases throughout the United States. I also served for 6 years in Kaiserslautern Germany from 1979-82 and from 1990-1993. "After serving in Germany from 1982-85 I served on the Army Chief of Staff for Intelligence Watch Team at the Pentagon. In 1986-87, I served with the 501st MI Bde in Seoul Korea.
"During 1987-1990, while stationed at Fort Huachuca, AZ with the Military Intelligence School, I served as the Chief Instructor for the Intelligence Analyst Advanced Individualized Training Course."
Randy has served as the Tippecanoe County Veterans' Service Officer since July 31, 1995.
