Service Officer Bio:
Gene McCoy served in the U. S. Army from October 13, 1952 until August 13, 1954. He reached the rank of E-4 and served primarily as the Battalion Carrier and Mail Clerk. He served for 13 months in Korea with the 84th Engineers.
He has been the Posey County Veterans' Service Officer since August 1997.
