To read and edit the following forms you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can obtain the reader free from www.adobe.com or purchase the full-blown version of Adobe Acrobat which enables you to change
fields within the forms to fit your own requirements.
Note:
You don't need to download each individual form required to file a claim. Download the Veteran Claim Packet which contains all of the necessary forms. You need only type common information such as name, social security number, date of birth, etc., once and it automatically fills in those items on every form.
